I will use him again in the near future

Joey is the kind of realtor I like working for me. He is knowledgeable, assertive, responsive, supportive, and not pushing and overbearing. He does his research, and stays abreast of changes in the industry, and because of that has excellent negotiation skills. He knows when he can push and when pushing will not work. He counsels his buyers carefully in the process of buying and selling, and stays closely connected with them to ensure the process moves smoothly. He allows his clients to take the time necessary to make good decisions. He shows caring for his clients and wants them to be satisfied. He suggests changes the client may need to make to ensure success in selling their home. He is honest and works hard for his clients. I really enjoyed working with Joey, and even though we decided not to buy or sell at this time, I will use him again in the near future.
