I am an Arizona native, born and raised right here in the East Valley. After spending almost my entire professional career in and around the home industry, I consider myself an expert. Having survived many market ups and downs, I created a name and reputation for myself, and have aligned and networked myself with the seasoned best of the best!
For a decade I worked with wholesale manufacturing, distribution, and installation of building materials, interfacing with major Home Builders as the Builder Liaison and Tract Manager. With a degree in International Business/Finance, I moved into mortgage banking and lending, doing what I love best — helping others attain the American Dream of home ownership. Along the way I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the structure of Real Estate transactions and investments.
A decade later I have come full circle and have found my true passion as a Realtor. Having seen many things, I’m skilled to handle any Real Estate Transaction you have. The process of selling or buying a home can be a tedious and sometimes very complicated one. One of my strong points is making that process very easy and giving you more options than restrictions. I am flattered many times to be the one who is allowed to be entrusted with my clients most valuable and cherished asset, their home. No two deals are ever the same and no two clients are ever the same. I tell everyone, “Your business means everything to me.” “If you’re not happy, Fire me.”
I am currently the owner and Programs Director of The Almeida Group and head up the EastValleyRealtor.com Campaign. I was born and raised in Mesa, AZ ( Lehi area) and currently live in Gilbert with my beautiful and talented wife and four awesome children. We love the East Valley and all that it has to offer us and will live here for many years to come.

As Transaction Coordinator with The Almeida Group, Stephanie brings many years of transaction management, knowledge, and expertise to the team. Her strong suit is the attention to detail and the ability to make the process seamless and painless, ensuring an experience which is smoother and more enjoyable for our clients. Acting as our Client Liaison, she juggles the many moving parts of the transaction and the different vendors involved. Whether it’s a listing or purchase, her patience and dedication guarantee that our clients receive the highest level of customer service and care.
Events and Planning Coordinator
Rachel brings her expertise as a former business owner and entrepreneur to the team. Her passion is her creativity and allowing people to just have fun, its quite uncommon to see her without a smile on her face. Rachel was licensed in 2014 and quickly learned her greatest asset to the team was help with planning and organizational aspects of the Almeida Group. Rachel is responsible for our Client Appreciation Events and many of our My Hero House events as well. When she is not coordinating many of these events she assists the group with the various items that a Real Estate Team needs to be successful. Rachel’s other love is to bake specialty cakes and cupcakes which is why you will often hear her referred to as “Cup Cake!”
